I love to munch at work. Salty snacks are my favorite. I get up in the morning and eat a healthy breakfast. I eat a healthy lunch and then the munchies set in. I get bored or frustrated or anxious at work and I can't seem to resist the food. I am addicted to food. It makes me feel better for a short period of time. It is a reward for writing a page or two of my dissertation or putting up with crazy people during a workshop. At home I have developed a strategy to avoid boredom eating...it consists of either cross stitching or masturbating. Can't really do either of those at work. So I crunch and I munch. I also eat a lot at night because I am "starving" or my DH is eating or I need to take some medication or some other bullshit excuse to eat.
Food today:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 1 1/2 cup veggies, 2 cups ff milk.
Lunch: Frozen meal, soda, and chips.
